Return Policy
Standard designs
The accessories which are as pictured and described on this website are our standard designs
You may cancel and order for a standard design at any point.
If you wish to return any part of your order, we will refund all standard designs.
The item must be returned unworn in the original packaging within 7 days of receipt.
The buyer is responsible for return postage costs.
We do not offer a refund for earrings for hygiene reasons.
Please inform us within 48 hours if you have received an incorrect or damaged item, we will replace the item for you.

All items must be returned using a recorded delivery method, we will not be responsble for returned items which are lost or damaged during transit.
Bespoke & customised designs.
Any modifications made to our standard design (ie colour or size) will result in the item being classed as customised.
Once design details are finalised and work has begun on customised or bespoke items you are not able to cancel your order.
We are unable to give a refund if you have made an error with bespoke or customised item so please take care when making your order. If you require bead samples please contact us.
We do not offer a refund for bepoke pieces or designs which have been customised unless the item is defective.
Please inform us within 48 hours if you have received an incorrect or damaged item and we will replace it for you..

Payment in full is required before dispatch.
PLEASE BE AWARE THAT ALL OF THE ITEMS FOR SALE ON THIS WEBSITE ARE MADE WITH SMALL PARTS WHICH COULD POSE A CHOKING HAZARD FOR SMALL CHILDREN. WE ADVISE THAT SUCH ITEMS ARE NOT SUITABLE FOR CHILDREN UNDER 36 MONTHS. SUSAN YORK TIARA'S ARE NOT LIABLE FOR ACCIDENT OR INJURY ARISING FROM MISAPPROPRIATE USE OF OUR PRODUCTS.
Quality Control
We try to ensure that all of our products leave us in pristine condition, if any item in your order is damaged please contact us within 24 hours for a replacement.
The accessories for sale on this site are delicate and should be treated with care.Due to the nature of our designs there will be slight variations between each piece as each one is individually made.
